WordPress Custom Theme Development

Talent Point Consulting is a recruiting / talent acquisition firm based out of Philadelpha, PA, run by Meredith Toole. She works nationally for businesses, not only to help find top talent, but as a consultant to help optimize existing recruiting processes. This is a brand new site for her business, with a clean and professional look.  It was designed by my friend Alex DiSebastian.

I built out the theme from the PSDs and added/integrated the content. The theme is based on the Starkers base, and uses HTML5, and image-less buttons and form fields using CSS3. It features a custom theme options page to easily edit the header and footer text. The home page slides make use of a modified Envato FlexSlider plugin, allowing the content of each slide to be edited in a custom post type. All three home page columns can be edited in the TinyMCE editor on the home page, thanks to the Multiple Content Blocks plugin (I would now recommend Advanced Custom Fields instead).
